Ad surveys are boring. Online surveys which inquire about actual products in those areas that are prevailing products are fine too, but I only get excited when they ask about new products.
Certainly also particularly any product or service where I get to really try the product or service.
political ones can be interesting, too, as long as they're adequately impartial, but also, that these days I just want to stop even thinking about politics, cause it can got too disappointing.
As far as survey design... doesn't really matter, as long as does not ask me the same question several times, does not ask me the same question multiple times, And as long as it's never a large grid of checkboxes mapping multiple companies to multiple adjectives, particularly the ones where they are just using it to anonymize the one and only one company they actually even care about the results of.
Also I can withstand just regarding any topic. What I hate are the oversize grids or too many grids. Also , ones that want opinions on stores that are not in our area.
